SEA Adventure Club Swim at PMS: Level 4

This class is for students enrolled in Adventure Club at SEA Elementary*. 
Transportation is provided from SEA to and from Plymouth Middle School for swim lessons.
Please be sure to send your student with appropriate swim wear for lessons each day.

Level 4: Swimmers should already be able to: swim front and back crawl 25 yards. Swimmers will work on: rotary breathing, freestyle, backstroke, elementary backstroke, scissors kick and sidestroke, whip kick and breaststroke, intro to turning at wall, treading water with modified scissors, and diving in kneeling position.

*Priority registration is given to students enrolled in Adventure Club at SEA Elementary from July 6-16*. If your child is not registered, you may be asked to move to a different class session or time.
