Social Beats

Social Beats is a series of engaging, goal-oriented group music therapy sessions that focus on creating friendships, building/maintaining practical skills, and exploring emotions and personal values through music-making experiences. These groups are led by a board-certified music therapist who is trained to use adaptive session materials to ensure every participant is successful.
