Introduction to Meditation
Meditation naturally leads to letting go of suffering and becoming aware of your own inherent wisdom. It has been shown to help decrease stress, anxiety, depression, pain and insomnia. It can also aid in learning ability and memory retention. You will be introduced to 4 types of meditation: Mindfulness, Walking, Chakra and Standing. This experience will help you feel the benefits of meditation, and help you choose the type of meditation that works best for you.
