Introduction to Meditation
Meditation can naturally lead to letting go of suffering and help you become aware of your own inherent wisdom. It can also aid in stress reduction, learning ability and memory retention. This class will introduce you to four types of meditation: Mindfulness, Walking, Chakra and The Tree, and help you find the type that works best for you. Please do not wear any perfume or scented products.

Victoria Juster has over twenty years of experience working as a medium; she has communicated with Spirits since childhood and has lived through three near death experiences. As a medium, she uses her gift to help people deal with the grief of losing a loved one.
