February 10 – A Morning of Chocolate with Cocoa FlakeGet into the Valentine’s spirit with a fun chocolate tasting featuring three delicious handcrafted bonbons from Cocoa Flake. Learn about what goes into making bonbons, from casting the perfect chocolate shell to the most balanced filling. We’ll also share some fun and interesting facts about chocolate along the way. March 17 – The Joy of Art at Any Age with Rumriver Art Center Join Angie Renee, teaching artist at Rumriver Art Center, to explore the benefits of mindful art and creating in a community setting. Learn about mandalas and how this relaxing practice can support cognitive functioning, fine motor skills, and mindfulness. Participants will create colorful watercolor circles and transform them into beautiful mandala designs using lines, shapes, and patterns. This fun, calming activity is easy to continue at home and incorporate into everyday life. Register by March 10. April 21– Our Town’s Story: New Hope, MNJoin Dave Kiser from CCX as he shares the story of New Hope through the documentary Our Town’s Story: New Hope, MN. The presentation will highlight the community’s history, people, places and events that have helped shape New Hope over the years. Dave will provide additional insight and stories throughout the documentary, offering a unique look at how New Hope has grown and evolved into the community it is today. Whether you are a New Hope resident or not, come learn more about the history and story behind New Hope. Register by April 14.

Bring your favorite project to work on while enjoying conversation, creativity, and community together. Whether you’re stitching a scarf, learning a new pattern, or simply looking for a cozy space to craft, this group is all about creating, sharing ideas, and enjoying the process together. This hobby group is self-paced and welcoming to all skill levels—from experienced knitters and crocheters to those who are brand new and would like to learn. Participants are welcome to join the group at any time throughout the session!
