Tai Chi- Mix it Up
Learn to “play Tai Chi” using different Tai Chi & Qigong forms: Acupoints, Tai Chi Ruler, Bang Stick, Baoding Ball, etc. Appropriate for most physical conditions. Need to be able to turn, bend slightly, and stand at least half of the time. Improves student’s flexibility, agility, body awareness, balance, and calms and relaxes the mind. *No experience needed, just a curious and adventurous mind. *Wear comfortable, loose clothing, and flat shoes. Wheel Thrown Pottery: Beginner to Intermediate
This course is geared toward beginner to intermediate level potters. We will focus on foundational forms such as bowls and cylinders, plus techniques in trimming, surface decoration, and glazing. Note: This class uses kick wheels (not electric wheels). Please register by June 30.
