3D Code & Create (Gr. 6-9)*Super Summer ExplorersIn CODE & CREATE, students in grades 6–9 combine coding and 3D design to bring their ideas to life. They’ll learn fundamental coding concepts while designing and personalizing unique trinkets using a 3D printer. From concept to finished product, students will plan, problem-solve, and iterate on their designs, gaining hands-on experience with technology, digital design, and creative expression. Adventure Club School Age CareAdventure Club school-age care serves students Kindergarten through grade 5 and is located at all elementary schools throughout Robbinsdale Area Schools district. We are open 6:30AM until start time and from the end of school until 6PM. Registration for the 2025-2026 School Year is open. There are waitlists at all locations. Summer 2026 registration opens 2/18 at 6am for current families, 2/21 at 6am for all other families. Registration for the 2026-27 School Year opens April 29th, 2026 at 6am. Adventure Club Workshop/Flexible Learning DaysRobbinsdale Area Schools has three flexible learning days scheduled and Adventure Club will be providing care for Kindergarten-5th grade from 6:30am-6:00pm at 6 locations. Daily learning rotations, outdoor activities and Adventure Club's choice based programming is the schedule for the days. Aqua TotsAquaticsAqua Tots (6 months to 3 years): The purpose of the Parent/Child class is to familiarize children with the water and teach swimming readiness skills. Armstong High School Private Voice LessonsMusic & Theater* This is course is only available for Armstrong High School Students. This is not open for public registration. Private lessons for Armstrong Students ONLY* The instructor, Patty Kramer or Nathan Bird will contact you to set up dates and times of your chosen sessions. Ms.Kramer offers both 25 minute lesson options at 4, 6 and 8 lesson packages. Nathan Bird offers 25 minute lessons at 8 lesson packages Please see below for more information on each instructor. Instructors Name - Patty Kramer Bio: Patty Kramer (mezzo-soprano) is a private voice teacher and performer livin’ and thrivin’ in the Twin Cities area. She received a Bachelor of Music degree from Concordia College (Moorhead, MN), a Master of Music degree from Bowling Green State University (Bowling Green, OH), and is ABD (all but dissertation) with a Doctor of Musical Arts from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Before moving to the Twin Cities, Patty worked as an Adjunct Instructor of Voice for Peru State College and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln teaching applied voice and Musical Theater Studies. She also worked as a vocal coach for the Broadway Academy in Sutton, NE for five seasons. Nowadays, you can find Patty working at Westminster Presbyterian Church as a section leader, singing with the VocalEssence Ensemble Singers, coaching at VESOTA (VocalEssence Singers of This Age), or teaching voice lessons at AHS. Her favorite hobbies include reading fantasy novels, playing with her two cats, trail running with her husband Eric, and consuming copious amounts of cold brew coffee and dark chocolate. Instructors Name - Nathan Bird Instructor Bio: Nathan Bird, tenor, is a Minneapolis-based performer, concert producer, choir director, clinician, and voice teacher. He holds a Bachelor of Music degree from University of Northwestern-St. Paul and a Master of Vocal Performance degree from the University of Denver’s Lamont School of Music. As a singer in choral, musical theater, and opera settings, his performance credits have included the International Opera Theater, Cantus, Guthrie Theatre, Minnesota Orchestra, Minnesota Opera, the Distinguished Concerts International New York, and the Chanhassen Dinner Theatres’ holiday concert series with his annual production of 'A Three Tenors Christmas'. Collaboration and creativity are pillars of Nathan’s music career, as seen in his recordings with the guitars of The Massif Trio, his concert productions that have been experienced and appreciated by tens of thousands, down to goofy songs he creates with his four kids. When he’s not singing or spending time with family, Nathan loves being out in nature, evidenced by his 40-mile solo backpacking adventure on the Superior Hiking Trail (SHT) over a weekend in July '24 and trail running a half marathon at Theodore Wirth Park, and his 25k at William O'brien State Park, September of '25. * If your child receives funds from ISA, Booster, etc., you will need to call us at 763-504-6990 to register.
