Learn to “play Tai Chi” using different Tai Chi & Qigong forms: Acupoints, Tai Chi Ruler, Bang Stick, Baoding Ball, etc. Appropriate for most physical conditions. Need to be able to turn, bend slightly, and stand at least half of the time. Improves student’s flexibility, agility, body awareness, balance, and calms and relaxes the mind. *No experience needed, just a curious and adventurous mind. *Wear comfortable, loose clothing, and flat shoes. No sandals please. Please bring a water bottle.
