Indulge in a rich chocolate cookie dough base filled with a unique crunchy and creamy mixture of kataifi pastry (a shredded phyllo dough) and pistachio cream or paste. The cookie is often topped with more chopped pistachios, chocolate, and sometimes a sprinkle of salt, providing a complex texture and a sweet, nutty, and chocolatey flavor profile. $20 supply fee paid to the instructor the night of the class.
